We were honoured to host Archana Sachith, an aviation expert with over 21 years of experience, as a guest lecturer. With a background in key roles at IndiGo and Jet Airways, Archana shared invaluable insights into airport operations, security management, and customer service.
She emphasized the importance of customer satisfaction, adaptability in crisis management, and staying updated with industry trends. Archana also spoke on leadership, teamwork, and fostering a positive work environment. She encouraged students to explore diverse roles within aviation, highlighting the industry’s vast career opportunities.

Christle Mascarenhas currently working for Qatar Airways shared her 18 years of experience as a Ground Staff member at Qatar Airways, shared her extensive knowledge of the aviation industry, focusing on operational efficiency, customer service, and safety protocols. Her expertise has contributed to Qatar Airways’ reputation for excellence in global aviation.
During her session, she provided valuable career insights, emphasizing the importance of professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for customer service in aviation job interviews.
